I am a passionate UX Designer who focuses on user-centered experiences. I graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interactive Design where I worked on numerous user experience and user-centered design projects. After graduation, I landed a position at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, as a Digital Experience Analyst (current role), where I focus on the user and digital experiences of the UPS Supply Chain Symphony product. In this role I get the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to gather detailed requirements and translate complex business and user need into clear and actionable user stories. I also get to collaborate with UI designers to design wireframes in Figma, all with the responsibility of ensuring they align with the user requirements.
